Ginger - She knows she's a "designer dog", being a goldendoodle,
but she won't let that go to her head. At about 18 months old, Ginger is
looking for a new home because her first rescuer doesn't have enough
time to give her the exercise and time that she needs. She gets along
with dogs, cats and kids. We're looking for a fenced-in yard so that she
can romp and play to her heart's content. |

Buddy - He came to us from an owner turn-in. We've found him to
be a very nice dog, happy to accept your attention and to return it.
He's people-oriented, so we want a home where he gets the attention and
training he wants and needs. A little protective of his food, he'll do
best in a home without kids or with older kids who can understand to
leave his food alone. He does have a little skin allergy but we'll be
taking him to a specialist soon. Did I mention he's 3? |
 |
Bailey - Not much to say except he's a typical golden, happy to
be with his people, except right now he doesn't have any (except his
foster, of course). At 2 years old, Bailey is full of energy and loves
to romp, especially with other dogs. But, alas, he needs a fenced-in
yard to do that. He likes kids and cats and is eager to please. If he
doesn't have another dog, he'll have to play with you. |
 |
Sunny - She fits her name perfectly. Sunny has a sunny
disposition and is a real people person. Her previous owners were unable
to afford to keep her, so she became a golden treasure. She had a few
hot spots when she came to us, but we've taken her to the doc and she's
all fixed up. Did I mention that she's 10 months old? Another GWA dog
(good with all), that means she'll fit in with kids, cats and other
dogs. |

Lucy - At 2 years old, she was left at a shelter for unknown
reasons. We still can't figure out why someone would abandon her. She
loves everyone she meets, including dogs and cats.
Her foster says 'she loves everyone she meets. She is house-broken,
knows some commands, is very affectionate, and gets along well with her
foster brother / sister dogs. She will be a wonderful family dog,
getting along well with children and cats also. She needs her furr-ever
home. Is that you? |
 |
Ben - His lucky day was when we walked into the shelter and found
him patiently waiting for someone to notice him. Ben is approximately 7
years old, loves to ride in the car (can you tell), is good with other
dogs, kids and even cats. This guy is really a super dog and some family
is going to be thrilled to have found him. |

Asia - This cute little gal is 4 years old. From a backyard
breeder, she's had 4 litters. Now she's finally going to have a normal
home, living the good life with a family that wants her for
companionship, not for the money she can bring in. Asia hasn't gotten
around much, but is still a very loveable, friendly dog who brought me a
sock to tug on with her when I picked her up. She came in with Ty, one
of her pups. (See below) Ty - He's only 10 months old, but is a
very handsome dog. Adjusting to his new life, he enjoys any time you
spend with him. He and Asia are getting used to human companionship.
They both are friendly, energetic, and willing to learn the house rules.
We'd like to adopt Asia and Ty as a pair if possible. |
 |
Nikko - Another 18 month old, he was pulled from a shelter. He,
too, is good with everyone and everything--kids, cats and other dogs. No
surprises here. Just another loveable golden looking for a forever home.
Is that you? |
 |
Cooper - This is what he thinks of being without a home! Handsome
and well-mannered, this 18 month old guy is house hunting because his
owner felt he was being cheated in the TLC department. A roommate moved
out and, working two jobs, she felt Cooper deserved more companionship.
He's good with other dogs, kids and cats. And, he likes to sleep on the
bed. |
 |
Buddy Jr. - His owner surrendered him because he couldn't keep
Buddy in the yard. Knowing the dog deserved a better home, he's now a
golden treasure. At 4 years old, this buddy needs a family that will
keep him where he belongs, safe and sound at home. He's good with
everyone, including kids, cats and other dogs. |
